Megan Gerlis joined the team in 2018 and today leads the Marketing and Charter division at IYB, combining her experience in luxury yachting with a passion for creating exceptional experiences for clients. Working closely with charter clients from their initial enquiry through to embarkation, Megan takes the time to understand exactly what they are looking for, from finding the right yacht and destination to developing itineraries and coordinating the finer details ahead of their time on board. Alongside charter, Megan oversees IYB’s marketing, partnerships and events, helping to connect yachts with clients through international campaigns, industry events and an extensive network of luxury partners. Her personal approach, destination knowledge and attention to detail are central to the service she provides, with the aim of making every charter feel effortless, individual and memorable.
