Warm, professional and highly capable, he is known for creating the kind of smooth, well-run experience that allows guests to fully relax and enjoy their time on board. Having spent many years as captain on well-run motor yachts, Josh combines confident navigation with a thoughtful, practical approach behind the scenes. His background includes extensive cruising through France, Italy, Spain, the Balearics, Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Malta, Greece, the Adriatic and Turkey, giving him a strong understanding of the region and the kind of itinerary planning that makes a charter feel effortless and well paced. Guests value Josh for his steady leadership, attention to detail and genuine commitment to comfort and safety on board. He takes pride in making sure every aspect of the experience feels seamless, from the route and daily schedule to the atmosphere created by the crew around him. His long-standing experience managing yachts, coordinating shipyard periods and overseeing operations also brings real reassurance behind the scenes. Based in Palma de Mallorca and holding both New Zealand and British passports, Josh brings an international outlook and a quietly capable presence to every trip. With his depth of experience, calm manner and guest-focused approach, he helps create the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that charter guests remember long after they leave the yacht.

Juliana joins Junior this season as stewardess, bringing with her a strong background in both charter and private yachts, along with a calm, attentive approach to guest care. With experience across a range of busy yacht environments, she is highly skilled in interior service, table styling, cocktail and beverage service, housekeeping, laundry, and creating beautifully prepared guest spaces. Known for her warm personality, professionalism, and discretion, Juliana takes real pride in making guests feel comfortable, looked after, and completely at ease on board. Her experience includes senior and solo stewardess roles, where she has managed full interior operations and delivered thoughtful, detail-focused service to a high standard. Originally from Brazil and speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Juliana brings an international outlook and a naturally welcoming presence to the team. She also has additional experience in wellness and massage treatments, adding another thoughtful dimension to the guest experience on board

Deckhand
Keanu is an energetic and hardworking deckhand who brings great vibes and a strong work ethic to Junior. Originally from South Africa, Keanu’s background as a professional athlete has given him the discipline, determination, and team spirit that make him a natural fit in yachting. Since stepping into the industry, he’s worked on a range of high-end motor and sailing yachts, always with a hands-on attitude and attention to detail. Whether it’s setting up the water toys, keeping the decks spotless, or helping guests in and out of the tender, Keanu is always ready with a smile and a helpful hand. Friendly, reliable, and great with people, Keanu is all about making sure guests have a safe, fun, and unforgettable time on the water.

Chef
Rita joins the crew as Chef, bringing a calm, capable presence and a wonderfully fresh approach to dining on board. With strong experience as a yacht chef in both private and charter settings, she is known for creating healthy, flavourful dishes that feel thoughtful, varied and perfectly suited to life at sea. Her style is centred around international cuisine with a healthy focus, and she takes real pride in tailoring each menu to her guests while keeping every meal relaxed, enjoyable and beautifully prepared. Rita is especially experienced in managing all aspects of the galley, from menu design and budgeting to meticulous provisioning, including in more remote cruising locations. This means guests can enjoy a smooth, seamless dining experience throughout their time on board. Having cooked aboard yachts across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, French Polynesia and Fiji, Rita brings valuable experience, adaptability and a strong understanding of charter life. She is also known for being flexible and hands-on, always happy to support where needed and to contribute to the easy, well-run atmosphere on board. Originally from a Portuguese-Brazilian background and fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, Rita brings both warmth and professionalism to the guest experience. With her dependable nature, positive energy and passion for good food, she is a lovely part of the team and someone guests are sure to remember fondly.
