Turquoise Yachts has a yacht-building heritage stretching back to the 1970s, when the foundations of the modern shipyard were established through the Proteksan and Turquoise brands. The two came together in 1997, combining their experience to create increasingly ambitious custom superyachts for an international clientele.
Today, Turquoise operates two specialist facilities in Türkiye. Its Istanbul headquarters focuses on outfitting, interiors and finishing, while its Kocaeli facility handles steel and aluminium hull construction, superstructures, machinery and major engineering. Together, the facilities allow the shipyard to manage much of the design, engineering and construction process in-house.
Turquoise specialises in fully custom superyachts, working with internationally recognised designers to create yachts shaped around each owner’s individual vision. With projects ranging from elegant contemporary yachts to large and technically ambitious builds, the shipyard combines Turkish craftsmanship with sophisticated engineering and considerable creative freedom.
